    Chocolate with a hint of smoke

    This is good, basic coffee. No figgy, citrusy, or nutty flavors here, but a dollop of milk (from a cow; any other liquid is not "milk"!) brings out the chocolate in the flavor profile.

    This is the kind of single-origin coffee I hunt for - a coffee with distinct flavor notes that set it apart from ordinary coffee. There are coffees that I buy and drink, but with no special preference. Then there are ones like this, coffees that I look forward to drinking each time and that I consciously enjoy as I drink them. I will be ordering more Brazil Mogiona.
