We begin by sourcing only the highest quality coffees. The coffees are cupped and scored three separate times, to completely refine our selection!
Next, our coffee is processed. Coffee processing has a crucial role in the final flavor of the coffee. Naturally processed coffees have more fruity notes and honey processed coffees have a sweetness to them. We choose a variety of different processed coffees so that we have something for everyone.
Thirdly, we roast our coffee. We roast on a scale ranging from medium-light to medium-dark. By hanging out right around the "second crack", we ensure that we have a coffee for everyone. That's how our fans have been enjoying our coffee since 2009 and we dig it.
Lastly, our team works tirelesly to get all those beans into bags and shipped out the door for our loyal fans across the country!
