    I make cold brew once a week and this is my favorite roast for cold brew. It has notes of chocolate, is very smooth with almost no bitterness and little acidity. I make my cold brew in my Yama Cold Drip Tower and with this roast it makes the best cold brew I’ve ever had. I sometimes change the strength and grind for the cold brew slightly just for fun and no matter what the changes, it’s still delicious.
