Honduras Marcala

This is one of my favorite roasts because I can taste the chocolate and notes of honey and cherry. I grind the beans right before I brew the coffee in my Moccamaster and it makes a really smooth and delicious cup of coffee.

My wife and I truly enjoy this as our morning coffee. Such full flavor and brightness.

I love this coffee! It is flavorful and rich, and allows me to start my day with a cup of happiness!

I order Grassroots beans and grind them for our morning coffee. House blend is our go-to, but I ordered The Honduras Marcala and was delighted . It is now added to our normal order. It is mild, not bitter but full bodied. I recently hosted a baby shower and I cannot believe how many more pots of coffee I made than Mimosas!
